2005

March 2005 - Rotala Plc formed as a cash shell and listed on AIM
August 2005 - Rotala Plc acquired the Flights businesses

2006

October 2006 - acquired the Zaks bus business
December 2006 - acquired bus business of Birmingham Motor Traction

2007

April 2007 - commenced operations in Bristol 
June 2007 - acquired parts of the bus business of South Gloucestershire Bus and Coach Company Ltd 
July 2007 - acquired North Birmingham Busways

2008

February 2008 - acquired Diamond Bus 
April 2008– acquired Ludlows of Halesowen

2009

June 2009 - commenced operations in Bath

2010

April 2010– Rotala Plc pays its maiden dividend

2011

January 2011 - acquired Preston Bus Limited

2013

March 2013 - acquired Redditch and Kidderminster depots of First Group

2015

March 2015 - acquired Green Triangle Buses 
June 2015 - acquired the Wings business at Heathrow airport

January 2016 - acquired Heathrow business of OFJ Connections 
July 2016 - acquired Elite Minibus and Coach Services 
August  2016 - acquired Rojay Services Limited, (trading as Wigan Coachways)

2017

April 2017 - acquired Wednesbury Depot from Arriva Midlands 
August 2017 - acquired Hansons (Wordsley) Ltd 
August 2017 - acquired the bus and minibus services business of Go Goodwins (Coaches) Limited 
November 2017 - acquired Hotel Hoppa from National Express

2018

February 2018 – acquired Central Buses from CEN Group Ltd 

August 2018 – Sale of certain routes and assets of Wessex Bus Ltd to Cheltenham and Gloucester Omnibus Company Limited. Wessex Bus Ltd becomes a dormant subsidiary of Rotala Plc.

2019

August 2019 - Acquisition of the Weston St Depot from First Manchester.

2022

April 2022 - Acquisition of the bus business of Claribels Coaches Ltd, West Midlands. 
May 2022 - Acquisition of the bus business ‘Excelbus‘ of Johnsons Coaches of Henley. 
August 2022 - Acquisition of Midland Classic Ltd, Burton on Trent.

2024

January 2024 - Rotala Plc is acquired by Rotala Group Ltd, is delisted from AIM and becomes Rotala Limited.
