Preston Bus Ltd

Rotala acquired Preston Bus in January 2011, establishing a new hub for Rotala in the North West.

We are proud to be part of the history of the city of Preston for over a century.

In 2022, we marked the 100th anniversary year of Motor Buses in Preston, which Preston Bus has been a part of from the start. Rotala is extremely proud of the work achieved since its acquisition of Preston Bus and looks forward to the further progress of the business over the coming years.

A steady modernisation of the business and integration with Rotala processes and systems has seen vast improvements to Bus Operation. Investment in employees with training and mentoring aims to foster a culture that strives to be the best and to redefine the brand image associated with quality and customer service.

Preston Bus has undergone a £3 Million refurbishment of the 100+ year-old depot (which was built in 1904 to house the Tram system) and introduced brand new modern state-of-the-art vehicles, aligning with our commitment to provide cleaner, greener, and more efficient public transport for the Preston community.
