Property Services

Rotala also owns a number of commercial and residential properties, enabling the group to generate regular income through different business markets.

The portfolio of Monetgrange Ltd currently comprises certain residential properties, and is expected to grow significantly during 2026. Focussing on developing already owned freehold sites, which offer attractive returns, most of our Monetgrange properties are either connected in some way to our Directors, or are situated around properties which the group already owns.

Hallbridge Way Property Ltd (HWP) has been owned by Rotala since February 2008. Within HWP are all of the group’s commercial freehold property interests.

The majority of these interests are our current operating bus depots; however, HWP also includes several assets which are sublet to tenants. These properties are typically located in areas where we have a potential long term strategic interest or where we see an attractive return.

The growth and investment in associated property opportunities further demonstrates the vision of the Rotala board to develop a strong and sustainable business model that is able to meet the challenges of a changing market and can grow through diversification.
