Diamond Bus Ltd

Our Diamond Bus network spans the West Midlands, Worcestershire and surrounding Shires. Diamond operates from three depots at Tividale, Redditch and Kidderminster, all of which are well placed to service our expanding network.

Since 2006, Diamond Bus has grown out of the amalgamation of a number of small local bus companies acquired by Rotala. Over time, the Diamond brand has developed to represent a clear and recognisable network of services across the region.

Diamond Bus is the second largest operator in the West Midlands Conurbation, and the predominant operator in Redditch and Kidderminster.

Diamond’s aim is to deliver a frequent, reliable, clean and friendly travelling environment for its customers. By investing in employees with training and mentoring we believe in building a culture that strives to be the best and a brand that is associated with quality and customer service.

A steady investment in vehicles has introduced a newer, improved fleet into the region, including hybrid vehicles, the group’s first diesel-to-electric bus conversions and a growing number of brand new fully electric zero-emission vehicles.
