The Academy also includes dedicated learning and training spaces, including:
- A training room used to deliver induction and classroom‑based learning
- An education hub providing a quiet, supported space for independent study and Moodle‑based learning
- A driving simulator, using Xbox technology, to help trainees develop skills and confidence in a controlled environment before practical driving sessions
- Our distinctive dedicated training buses – designed to promote what we do and demonstrate our commitment to creating jobs for local people. These dedicated training buses allow us to train our drivers in real vehicles similar to what they will drive in everyday situations.
Together, these facilities ensure trainees are supported both practically and academically, helping them prepare effectively for their PCV theory and practical tests.
